General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) for Online Massage Bookings

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between EVIDENCE (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") and any customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") making a massage booking through online platforms.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Any booking made through the platform implies the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings

Massage appointments can be booked online via:

Once the booking has been confirmed, the Client will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the service.

4. Prices and Payment

Service prices are displayed on the website in euros. The Service Provider is not subject to VAT.

Payment may be made online when paying the deposit at the time of booking confirmation or on-site (at the practice or at the Client's home).

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be fully refunded or may be rescheduled free of charge.

For cancellations made on the same day as the appointment (defined as any cancellation occurring within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time), a fee equal to 50% of the service price will automatically be charged to the Client.

In the event of a no-show by the Client at the scheduled appointment time, no refund will be issued.

6. Liability

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of massage techniques or from health conditions not disclosed by the Client before the service.

In the case of a couples massage or dual massage session, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the actions, conduct, or results of the treatment performed by any other massage therapist participating in the session.

7. Special Conditions

The Client agrees to inform the Service Provider of any health issues or contraindications that may affect the massage service.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a service if the Client's health condition is not compatible with receiving a massage.

The Service Provider also reserves the right to refuse a service if the Client's personal hygiene is deemed inadequate and likely to interfere with the proper conduct of the session.

8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date the booking is made.

9. Personal Data Protection

The data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

10. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaint must be submitted by email to evidencemassage@hotmail.com within 7 days following the service.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
